High Street Dorking was an empty shell, which was converted into a Starbucks for Cobra coffee during Covid and as such added even more challenges given the first Lockdown.

To create more light into the store glazed roof lights were replaced and new windows to the rear of the store were introduced. To over come level issues a platform lift was installed to access the beautiful rear seating area which is a welcoming addition for guest to be able sit outside , no other coffee shops can offer this space.

JSP are a partnering contractor with Cobra coffee and not only undertake the fit out but assist with the project management.
